Knoxville Engineered Home Inspections KEHI performed an expert inspection of our new construction home. Bert and Brian are both very knowledgeable and covered every inch of our home during inspection. The peace of mind having this team inspection was the best decision we have made. All the findings were presented to us at the end of inspection as well as a written report within hours. I can’t say enough to thank Bert and Brian for all their hard work and expertise in reviewing our home. We would hire KEHI a thousand times over for a home inspection. We will gladly refer everyone to KEHi, 5 stars is not high enough and worth every penny!!!!!

Bert is very thorough when inspecting a property for buyers in a real estate transaction. Bert takes his time to look at all the major systems. I was grateful that Bert took the time to explain his findings at the conclusion of the inspection. A tremendous help for making a plan moving forward for my clients.

Highly detailed inspection. I would recommend Bert to anyone.

Burt was extremely helpful and took time to talk with us about our air quality concerns after an accident at our home. He conducted all tests according to the plan and discussed the results with us. He even followed up a week or so later to see how we were doing with some health problems we incurred as a result of the accident. It was so reassuring to find this kind of expertise when we needed it most. If you need some professionals that are well educated in what they do, call on Burt and his organization!

I don’t know where to start. Bert is an incredible inspector! He worked efficiently while my husband and I were undergoing a walkthrough, working around us. Bert and his helper didn’t miss any detail of the property and was very thorough when explaining the repairs that were needed, very professional. I have used this company now for 6 years and won’t go any where else. Bert genuinely cares about people and their living conditions. When we had problems with the builder about a Kick-out flashing, Bert went to great lengths to make sure we had proof that it was a need to be fixed. His engineered knowledge cannot be beat! And his approach to explain in detail is reassuring. He was well equipped with a large screen tv he used to explain our inspection findings to us. Even the realtors mentioned how good Bert is. They were very impressed with his work! I’m so thankful we went with Knoxville Engineered Home Inspections! Easy Five stars yet I would give 6 if it let me…Thanks Bert!!!
